Attend in person or online

You may want to attend for one night or attend on a regular basis. Either way, you are very welcome.

Attendance can be in-person or online.  It’s preferable if you can attend in-person, as the build-up of energy in the group is stronger and you may experience a deeper connection to your own stillness and centredness.

Meditation is well known for reducing stress, increasing focus, improving our mood, increasing flexibility etc.  It also assists us in opening to our own intuition or receiving guidance from spirit beings. Meditation enhances our well-being, expansion and growth. However, sitting in meditation is not an end in itself. The aim of meditation is to experience a quieting of the mind, a sense of inner peace and wellness, a feeling of centredness or stillness, a deeper connection to our true essence – and then to be able to take that into the rest of our day. As an indigenous elder once said to me laughingly, “I don’t have to sit and meditate like you do, my whole life is a meditation”.

We start with a short meditation to ground, focus and centre ourselves. This is followed by a shamanic journey that takes you to your own place of ‘higher’ knowing, peacefulness and clarity. The purpose is to strengthen your connection to your consciousness (or divinity or soul). The use of sound such as drum, Tibetan bowl or music may be used to deepen your connection.

Your meditative journey is unique to you and cannot (should not) be compared to another’s journey. It encourages non-judgement and to simply be open to, and witness, what you are experiencing and learning in the present moment.
