Fractology and Shamanic Healing – now online
I continue to offer energy healing sessions, now all online. Online sessions can be powerful. Energetically, if we believe in oneness, interconnectedness and that consciousness is everywhere, then we know that distance healing works. When the time is right, I look forward to being able to return to offering sessions in my practice room in Summer Hill, Sydney.
Online sessions can be Skype, Zoom, Facetime or WhatsApp. The format is similar to face to face sessions. Initially we chat to get clear on what you’d like to focus on, issues and some ways to move forward – this is followed by energy healing where you can make yourself comfortable either lying down or sitting. Sessions last around 1 hr 15 min.
My fee is AUD$120. However, during this time when many are losing their jobs or are under extra financial stress, I have a sliding scale so please contact me and we can discuss an appropriate fee.

Fear can stagnate in our bodies – how do we shift it?
Fear often comes with the unknown. Fear tells us is that we are out of our comfort zone. And it tells us to slow down or stop, consider the options and go forward slowly.
There’s no denying it, many of us are feeling some level of fear during these challenging and uncertain times. One of the things about fear is that it sits in our body. In certain situations (and I hid it well) I used to be ‘frozen’ by fear unable to speak – a pattern that was with me for many years. I’ll share with you some of the things that I’ve done over the years, that has moved the fear out of my body.
Initially, I had to make a choice. As many masters over eons have said, there is only fear or love. And whether we like it or not, it is always a choice. Do we choose to experience fear or do we choose to experience love? I consciously chose love. I then practiced imaging something that softened my heart and helped me feel unconditional love or acceptance (I imagined myself holding my newborn sons, others focus on a pet or a place in nature etc) and I spent 5 minutes a day experiencing that feeling of unconditional love.
I also acknowledged the fear. This is about saying ‘I hear you, I know you are there’. It’s about accepting what is. And if possible, flowing acceptance to the fear. You are saying to yourself that you can feel the fear, you know it’s there and it’s not going to stop you doing what you need to do. For me, acknowledgement of everything and everyone, is a life time practice.
You may have your own practices, however other things that I have practiced include:
Focus your mind away from the fear. For example, I meditated 5 – 10 minutes a day on a candle, relaxing my mind and doing my best to be present to the candle. The candle helped, as the moving flame kept me physically awake. Every time my mind wandered, I said to myself ‘distraction’ and went back to focusing on the flame. Don’t be surprised if you’re saying ‘distraction’ constantly, at least in the beginning.
Do something physical – garden for ½ hour every day; punch a pillow for 5 minutes a day; or shake your body 5 minutes a day. Shake your head, arms, body, legs. Especially shake your hands. It helps your body let go the fear.
You can tap the side of each finger near the base of the nail, where the acupuncture point is. I was taught to use the index finger of one hand, to tap the thumb, index finger, middle finger and then little finger of the other hand. I noticed on the website there are different ways of doing this. You might like to check it out.
Every day, feel gratitude and appreciation for eg. those who love you, all the people (visible and invisible) who have helped you along the way, the positive experiences that you’ve had in your life, the beauty on the planet, infrastructure such as power and plumbing etc. I regularly flow appreciation out to the universe or to specific things or people.
If any of these practices appeal to you, give it a go. In addition, energy healing and many other therapies can of course be very helpful. So get any support that you can (usually online at the moment) to help you shift out of fear, particularly if it is in some way affecting your wellbeing.
I try to avoid it, but when I get into doom and gloom conversations with friends about what’s happening in the world, how our leaders are (or are not) responding, the paranoid shopping reactions, websites that are crashing etc, I do my best to balance the conversation with positive things. What amazing things some people are doing, the opportunities these situations create, how people care for one another, how this is a wakeup call for all of us on the planet. How it is showing us the oneness and interconnectedness of the earth and humanity.
We can only do our best and hopefully, our best will improve every day, both individually and collectively.
